We had such a wonderful stay at Green Bay Phu Quoc – thank you for an unforgettable experience! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere, a stunning beach, lovely nice, and opportunities for activities. Our villa was also fantastic – comfortable, private, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly special. The level of service was great throughout, and we felt genuinely well taken care of from beginning to end. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Sure, it’s not the cheapest option on the island and it’s a bit off the beaten path if you’re planning lots of sightseeing—but wow, what an incredible resort! The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and truly cared for throughout our entire stay. We spent a week in a hillside pool villa, and it was simply amazing. Honestly, it even exceeded the photos! It’s easy to be tempted by the sea-view villas, but for us, the privacy and lush greenery were even better. And you still get to enjoy the ocean all day long from the resort’s beautiful beach.

If you're looking for an outdoor wooded area experience this is the place to stay. Also has many complimentary stuff there. Private beach area for the resort, multiple pools and restaurants. A lovely hotel for which the photos do not do credit. Beach and pools are stunning, and generally peaceful. Food in central restaurant is a bit crowd pleaser, but food in the Gio restaurant is good. Stayed in a beach villa and would recommend to friends.

Fantastic small boutique hotel with lovely staff. The food was great especially, the breakfast and dinner options. A huge thanks to Vinh, Thu (lady with glasses) for looking after us at the restaurant and the entertainment team for providing the kayaks, snorkel and badminton equipment. The spa was also wonderful. The yoga in the forest was also one of the best classes I’ve had at a hotel.

Amazing 5 night stay in an Ocean Pool Villa. Pure bliss. On time transfer to and from the airport, swift check in and out by Dran. Room was heavenly with a gorgeous view of the sea. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. We only ate at the Vietnamese restaurant and every meal was delicious. Jason in particular looked after us very well, although every member of staff was attentive! Breakfast in Gio was a sumptuous affair every morning. We visited the gym and walked from end to end of the resort daily... We hired a moped for the day to explore the north west coast and this was very easily arranged by the hotel with a 3rd party provider. Great to see other parts of the island. Very sad to leave and would throughly recommend for much needed downtime after a hectic time visiting the sights of Vietnam before returning to the UK.

We had an amazing stay at Green Bay. The resort is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptional, everyone was so helpful and friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Awesome, secluded resort! If you’re looking to get away this is it! Still convenient to get a grab to other locations but I loved how remote it felt there. The staff were great and food was delicious. My only constructive feedback would be to better label the food for those of us with allergies- I have a crab allergy and had to translate that so the staff could understand and help guide me on what I shouldn’t eat.

We love the Green Bay!

We had an amazing stay at the Green Bay resort. The staff are all excellent and attentive, the food at the Gio restaurant is great and we ate there multiple times. The amenities at the beach like snorkelling and kayaking are super fun. Highly highly highly recommend, we will be back!
