The food in the new resturant ‘Sexy Roman’ was amazing. The service at the pool bar was very good. The ancillary staff no so much they actually turned the mobile air conditioner away from my wife and myself to use it to circulate air around the room. This was done when we were the only 2 there. Room was clean and well appointed.

I understand the bougie vibe attracts a lot of hustlers… but it’s super tacky and quite frankly disrespectful, when as guests of the hotel, we were treated so poorly by security when we tried to access the pool. Such a shame! Otherwise it was a lovely stay! Amazing restaurant, the cart bartender lady is a gem and truly understands the hospitality experience. Bravo to an amazing team all around… except for that one guy by the back entrance to the pool! Ah, the ice cream and champagne surprise at the lobby was incredible!!!

Nice hotel. AC didn’t seem to work as well as hope

Checkin was easy. Kyle at the front desk was helpful and courteous. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool down the whole room. The double queen bed on the 5th floor was spacious. The shower water temp is easily very hot. We tried the Roman restaurant for lunch and it was delicious.
