10/10 Stay — Perfect for Families, Spacious & Well-Equipped This hotel is honestly a 10-star experience for us! The room is huge and comes with a kitchenette (no cooktop/stove), but it includes complete kitchenware, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, and coffee/tea amenities—perfect for longer stays or families. The staff are amazing, especially Kelly and her colleague at reception. They went above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was having issues with my rental car fob. Their effort and kindness really stood out. The buffet breakfast is excellent—great variety and very family-friendly. I also love the amenities: • Recreation areas for kids • Gym • Indoor pool (not heated, so a bit cold—but understandable due to the higher elevation and cooler climate at times) The location is very convenient: • Close to restaurants and shopping • About 45 minutes to Sedona • Near Bearizona and about 2 hours to the Grand Canyon Parking is safe and easy, though it’s $7 per day. Overall, this hotel is fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and family-friendly with outstanding staff. Highly recommend!
