I like hotels that have sitting area separate from the bed/bathroom area. I also appreciate that they don't automatically cancel your reservation if your more than an hour or two late! I do wish the sĺeeping area was a little more roomy

This property was exceptionally clean and in the perfect location! Within just a 3-minute walk, you can be at the Fashion Center, Walmart, and surrounded by a variety of dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated the rotating breakfast options each morning, which added a nice touch. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Arizona!

The service was exceptional; the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was very complete with an excellent variety of sauces, which we loved. The location was very safe, across from the Fashion Mall and next to Walmart, where we were able to take advantage of the special prices only available at the Subway-Walmart lunch area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, which was a welcome relief when sleeping. We will definitely return on our next visit to Phoenix.

Property is in excellent condition as were the workout room. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. The thing that is annoying and surprising is having to pay $15 a day for parking. This the first time I’ve had to pay for parking at a hotel of this type which doesn’t have a parking garage. Parking is totally open for anyone to park there. It seems like one way for Marriott to add to their profit margins.

Found broken glasses and blood in the room, vaseline by the bed drawer, broken door knobs, empty bottle of body wash and conditioner and used towel. Even after telling front desk about it they just vacuum the small area but refuse to clean because of their policy that they clean every other day. After filing a complain they refunded for both nights but I cannot recover

The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you’re coming from Tucson, there’s no need to drive into the city or deal with heavy traffic. It’s right next to the Chandler Fashion Center and very close to the outlets, with countless stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost. One area for improvement: during our two-night stay, housekeeping never came to make the beds or clean the room. We’re not sure if we had to request it or if there was an additional charge, but we weren’t informed of any such policy at check-in. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan or perhaps it didn’t have one at all. The area offers plenty of recreational activities. Just minutes away is an Indoor Karting facility, and many outdoor fun with playgrounds, a lake, and picnic areas.
