Tremendous location located in downtown Phoenix and close to Chase field. Very nice rooms and the breakfast was quality. In addition no charge for parking where others places in the area are charging anywhere from $30-$45 dollars a night. Highly recommended!

The airport to/from airport was super convenient. Drivers were very friendly and courteous to guests. I chose the hotel due to proximity to the airport and Chase Field for a concert. The bathroom tub floods a little and very low-pressure cold water due to it being almost close to the shut off, room was very clean and beds were comfortable Felt safe in the area to walk to/from concert venue. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again due to the location, shuttle service and friendly staff.

Rooms were outdated and very muggy even with the AC unit going. The breakfast was great and that made the stay better. Staff were very nice and helpful. They do have a shuttle to Chase if you’re there for games. I’d go 7/10 for a rating.
