Nice hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, although I would've enjoyed more meat options the first day, the last day they did have meat which helped with my kids appetites. The elevator was down most of the trip but we were on the second floor so it wasn't horrible. We would certainly stay here again during our next Phoenix trip.

Davida went above and beyond to help us during our stay at the hotel. I spoke to her on the phone prior to our arrival and she was always so professional and kind. All of the other staff were great as well and my daughter loved that the staff put her stuffed animal with the pillows when they made our beds up one morning.

The room was clean but a little dated in the bathroom. Staff was excellent. The main complaints I had was the pillows were tiny, the elevator was not working, but we had a ground floor room, so not an issue. And the laundry room equipment was finicky and the dryer was super loud. But, the washer and dryer were free to use (if you can get the equipment to work). If you don't plan to use the laundry, the stay was not bad. The bathroom in our room had cracks in the tile, and the paint was peeling off the bathtub. Again, not deal breakers but I would have stayed elsewhere.
