This was a GREAT place to stay! Only downside was there was loud noise from the bar late at night (until 2AM) AND THEN loud noise REALLY early (like 5AM) from construction. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the place for you. Also a few cleanliness issues (make up on bed sheets and hair found on coffee maker). Otherwise was a great place to stay!

It was an amazing stay. The only possible down side is the parking and it can be a bit loud because there is a night club close. But we would stay again. It was close to chase field for walking and tons of food and bars around

Very unique property in the heart of downtown. Made out of shipping containers, very comfortable and clean! Close to nightlife and just down the road from major events like basketball and baseball.

I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit my daughter at GCU. A lot of the areas in Phoenix are a bit sketchy so I was hesitant to stay anywhere but I felt very safe and comfortable here. It’s gated and secure. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and has all the amenities I need for a good trip.

Awesome Room

Parking was a little frustrating with all of the clubs and night life, but the room itself was awesome and the ability to check in and out without having to deal with anyone was nice too. I will absolutely stay here in the future.

Great place to stay!!!!

great location, walking distance to many places. All recommendations provided by Sonder were great. Theres a 0 minute walk to great tea & coffee shop. The apartament was super clean. The bed to die for. Lots of closet space and drawers. Safe neighborhood!

Sonder in Phoenix!

Everything about our stay was first-class. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage in the lockers, walk around the city, and check in at the proper time. The property was lovely. We made dinner in our room, had drinks and dessert on the rooftop lounge, and experienced the city skyline. We also rode in one of the driverless automobiles. It was a superb vacation!

Good stay but a couple maintenance items. The lower cabinet door under the sink is falling off the hinge and appears to have been repaired quite a few times. The toilet paper holder also needs to be tightened

They need to take better care of the property, it was like staying at a hostel, also they need to leave more coffee, we didn't have enough for the second morning and there is nobody around to ask for anything. The furniture except for the beds was very tired especially for the money we paid.

Great apartment!

Great place, I will definitely stay again. Equipped with everything you need and a washer & dryer which is a plus! They even provided tide pods!!! I had a small dilemma with the bathroom door being locked but the chat concierge responded in a timely Matter and it was 6am! Though they really didn’t help lol it’s the effort that counts. Nonetheless I got in the bathroom. They also conveniently have storage lockers outside of the apartment so another plus. AND! Contactless check in was great, just do the pre check before arrival and you’ll have your codes! No hassle! Plus number 3,4,5!!!

An interesting building made out of repurposed shipping containers. All is fine, my only complaint is that the air conditioner is not very effective: when cool is on it makes living room very cold when the bedrooms remain kind of warm. Also, it gets a bit loud on Friday and Saturday because of the clubs near the building.

Too Much Noise

Hotel was great....but there are two clubs across the street that go full volume till 1 am and then there was a construction project also across the street so every monrning, including sundays, I was awakened at 4:30 am. Every day. Luckily it was just me but if I had my wife or kids it would have been a disaster. Hotel itself is fantastic and a great price. If you are a light sleeper or need lots of it this probably not the place for you
