During our four days we continually had to ask for towels, coffee, and cream for the coffee maker. Their breakfast restaurant was marginal offered premade breakfast only. The restaurant on the seventh floor of the service was marginal, but the food was good. Not sure I’d recommend anyone to stay at this place until they cleared up there. Customer service skills as it relates to the food and the condition of the rooms.

The parking garage was hard to get to ,dark and in the basement. It did not feel like a luxurious hotel parking garage. As a guest of the hotel, I should be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Great location for shopping and dining! Very cool, modern hotel. My only complaint is that I felt like my room had not been vacuumed in months! There was a cracker on the floor by the bed that was was there when I checked in and still there 4 days later!
