This property was so beautiful, so relaxing. The food was amazing and room service was top tier. The staff were all very helpful and beyond kind. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that some of the spa services were not available and the couples massage room was out of order. We specifically booked our anniversary there because of the highly rated spa, however when we showed up to our appointment we were told we would not be in a couples room and were split up:( Overall the stay was great!

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to The Sanctuary in Scottsdale. The location is perfect- very close for hiking Camelback, close to great shopping and the best restaurants in town. My daughter and I spent a week at this resort and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this resort. It was beautiful, relaxing, quiet, not crowded, and the entire resort was well groomed and cared for. The spa services were exceptional. The best part of this stay was the staff. I don't think I have ever stayed at a resort with a more friendly and accommodating staff. If there is one thing that could be improved, I would suggest more healthy meal options on the bar menu.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive during our stay. The attention to detail among the resort was incredible! For sure will be staying here again and recommending to friends and family!

The staff and service was excellent. The room was spacious, up to date, and had an excellent balcony and view. The HVAC was a bit frustrating. No way to turn it off. We will definitely stay here again
