The location next to Mayo Clinic Phoenix was very helpful. They also provided a shuttle to the clinic buildings so you didn’t have to walk in the heat or take your car. Close to shops and restaurants was also helpful.

We stayed for 5 days for medical appointments at Mayo Clinic. This hotel was just perfect as it is just a few minute walk to the hospital and they also offer golf cart rides to and from. Breakfast was good and they open the kitchen for dinner at reasonable prices. Their evening bar is perfect to unwind after a long day.

Very clean, very helpful staff, very convenient location to Mayo Clinic and a full shopping center corridor just down the road. Only issue might be that the food service available is fairly basic and minimal and could be better -- but there are plenty of very good restaurants within easy driving distance.

The staff is very nice. Quick check-in and check out process. This location is right next to Mayo Clinic and it’s perfect when you have appointments there everyday after a major procedure which my dad had. The room is cozy and has a kitchen. Smart TV. Shower water gets nice and hot. Breakfast has good options and loved the hard boiled eggs. Cons: 1. ac makes the room humid somehow. 2. The room smelled really bad and a technician visited twice however the smell remained. He said it’s the food processor In the sink. 3. The drinks sold at lobby are more expensive than airport prices! Water & Diet Coke at $6! (I paid $4 at the phoenix airport) Lower the prices and you’d have a lot more sales. (This is not a luxury hotel by any means)

Breakfast was ok, but maybe could use some more fresh fruit. I would also recommend getting a second waffle iron as there is usually a waiting line and the current one takes two or three minutes to use. Further,, replace the existing toasters which are very slow, with “conveyor belt” style toasters. They are much faster. Include some genuine whole milk in the fridge for the many people who don’t like fat free milk. Some 70% of the clientele are there to be close to Mayo and this hotel is very convenient and staff are very quick to call for a shuttle if you need one.

I liked everything breakfast was ample, dinner, dessert and beverages were great. The coffee bar was great. The mini amenities offering was great but expensive. The staff was extremely thoughtful. They even remembered that I liked Prosecco for dinner. The golf cart shuttle to the Mayo, was always very prompt. The seating arrangements downstairs were very attractive and comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool that it looked very beautiful. The room had a standard size refrigerator, microwave, stove, cabinets with dishes and plates and pots and pans. They had a huge swivel TV. The beds were very comfortable, but quite high off the ground. The bathroom had a tub with a good, shower. Lots of towels. The room room was only serviced twice a week, but that was Ample for us. Good air-conditioning. We might have to stay again for a couple of weeks and the Residence would be a very comfortable place to stay and so near to the Mayo Clinic.
