One of the best places that i have stayed at!and i travel 50 weeks of the year for work. And for the price you can not beat it or maybe i got lucky that day that the price was affordable. But 5 star is an understatement for this place. Good job to all the staff members and kudos to you for this wonderful place that you have here and the way you run it and is maintained. Defenetly will stay here again in the near future since it seems that work will bring me back to arizona.

This hotel must have been recently remodeled, as everything seemed new. It is a beautiful spacious hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again. It does seem like it might be a hotel geared towards business people, as there is only one restaurant. The bar food and restaurant food was excellent.

There wasn't any literature in the room referencing restaurant times and house keeping details. I found some of it later on the TV. I went Sat morning to get a biscuit sandwich from the coffee shot and saw they were pre-made and I asked when and was told the day before, not very fresh. We went out for breakfast. Parking was good and convenient and reasonably priced. TV options were basically local channels, for the room price there should be some premium offered. The room and bed was very comfortable pillows were great.

Perfect location when attending an event. Plan ahead and get to a restaurant or bar quick after a concert or event. This property is located in the WestGate ENTERTAINMENT District. However, the hotel is trying to maintain a quiet, peaceful ambiance. It is not aligned with the location. While at the pool, security is constantly rounding and asking questions of its guests. My family booked 5 rooms. There were a lot of us. It was disrespectful and annoying to feel as though we were being watched. We had kids with us. Brought snacks to the pool for them. We didn’t know that is prohibited. It was not a great experience. Also, 5 teens were shot right next door. Not the first time in this area. Which is why I mention above this is in the center of the ENTERTAINMENT district.
