My stay at Red Roof was very pleasant. The staff provided excellent customer service, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated seeing the security guard regularly patrolling the parking lot and keeping an eye on the vehicles, which made me feel safe during my stay. The staff were friendly and cordial enough. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. There are no microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms so plan accordingly. But I didn't pick this facility based on amenities, just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. For the intended purpose, this place worked just fine. Beds were actually pretty comfortable as well as the provided pillows.
