Excellent place to stay, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The location is good and easy to find. The only concern is the parking, it is limited at the hotel parking lot. One must park two buildings behind the hotel and although there was an attendant at the site I feel this is an inconvenience. Even with the parking concern I totally recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Facility was well maintained, the coffee was delicious and the young lady that maintained the breakfast area did a very good job keeping area clean, all the staff was very helpful. The only part I did not like about this location was that location has maybe 200 rooms with only about 20-22?? Parking spots. They did offer for me to park my vehicle in a garage that was about 200 feet from this location and they did say that security was there on location but I’m sorry I don’t trust anybody, I worried if my catalytic converter would be missing or if my vehicle would be stripped down or gone all together. I did see homeless people around building. Not sure if I could recommend this location only because of parking situation.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our time. The AC worked well, the pool was great, the staff were even better! I was worried about the parking garage after seeing so many reviewers about it but it was totally fine- half a block away and there was security on scene the whole 5 days we were there. Never had any issues.

We enjoyed everything at the hotel. Breakfast was good, hotel staff were great. The only thing was we did not care for was the “barn door” style on the bathroom. It did not give us good privacy. Plus there was no soap dispenser in the shower area, just shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, the place was great!

Nice hardwood looking floors.The breakfast was good. Good selection. No coffee pots in room ,could ask for one.Not much shade at the pool. Parking was the worst part. Desk clerk didn't give me my parking pass. So when I got parked had to walk back to get pass then walk back to car then back to hotel,didn't want to lose my good parking spot in garage. But I have a pinched sciatica and the walking was a bit to much. Moved to frontal parking the next morning when a space opened up left it there till I checked out. Description made it sound like there was a separate bedroom. Good size room. Got to watch the forth of July fireworks from out nineth floor room. The first night doordashed food to hotel because not much restaurant wise by hotel. The front desk never called to say it had arrived and acted like it wasn't their job. It was a good thing we were looking out the window when they got to the hotel. Was nice to have Safeway right down the street. Bring snacks, no vending but a lil area with snacks and standard medicines. Ice machines on even floors. Would stay again if needed to stay midtown Phoenix.
