The property is stunning and I have never met such a considerate staff before -so attentive and inviting . The only downside is it is somewhat remote so you need a car to get to restaurants or anything and parking is $30/day

We were expecting a nice long weekend at a more upscale property. What we got was a weekend of staycations celebrating 21st birthdays and bridal parties. All of that is fine, we just wanted a more mellow pool experience. Restaurant menus are fine, not great. Staff was friendly but upkeep around the property was sloppy. Room service trays and trash left in place overnight. It’s not a bad place but it’s not 5 star as it bills itself.

The staff were all amazing and we had a great time. As we have been here a few times we did notice the grounds and furniture aren’t being kept as well. Our ac also kept triggering the electricity causing weird noises and flickering lights, which was annoying. Otherwise everything was lovely.

A peaceful resort hotel that at low season sparkled in the sun without too many visitors to make it feel crowded. Food choices were good, and the spa is recommended. Use of the spa (e.g. manicure, pedicure or more) gives access to the spa-only rooftop pool area which has a spectacular view of the mountains, and provides beverage and light food service. Strongly recommended.
