Stayed here during Arizona Bike Week and it worked out well for what I needed. Location: Conveniently located right on Scottsdale Road, which made it easy to get around and ride to different spots. Area: The surrounding area is a bit older. Not rundown, but there were a few sketchy folks around at times — nothing that caused issues, just something to be aware of. Room: No frills, but honestly solid. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, and the shower and sink were clean, which is what matters most. Value: Great price if you just need a place to crash for the night. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a clean spot to sleep, and it delivered.

I feel that for the price it could’ve been much better, however the staff was nice for the most part. I got the vibe that they didn’t wanna be there. The property definitely didn’t make me feel safe and the room was not in the most optimal condition my sheets were stained and there was previous blood stains as well in the bathroom the shower head wasn’t looking soo right and I could see mold in the shower walls/crack of it Other then that it was ok could’ve been better I would only come stay for one night anymore and ur kinda just pushing it

While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room had been cleaned, the property was in really rough shape. There was an old water leak in the ceiling just above the bed (2’ sq) that was poorly patched, the sheets and bed were reminiscent of 1973, the tops of the side table were lifted and warped, and the shower area showed mold that was covered by caulking. I had to stay near my health clinic during spring training in Scottsdale and hotels I usually stay at were booked or outrageously priced so my options were limited. Despite the nice staff I will never stay at this property again.
