Airport shuttle was easy to find and checking in on the after hours kiosk was straight forward. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusual warm temps in March. Check out was effortless.

AC worked well. Check in and out was done via webcam with someone at an offsite location, but it went smooth with no issues. Overall, I was not expecting much, I just needed a place to stay so I chose the cheapest option.

Basic no frills place to sleep. Bathroom door and fixtures showed lots of wear. Pet paw prints on a sheet. Noisy A/c unit. Lovely check in staff but weird interface with staff person on screen rather than live face to face

Look it's an older property so you're obviously going to run into some imperfections, but that's also why you're going to save some bug money too. Anything outside of reasonably repairable is going to be imperfect but the property is being maintained and maintained at a level most other properties aren't living up to so kudos where they belong. Tiffany and the team dona terrific job keeping their little spot as safe as possible and it's noticed. It's an overall terrific little spot.

The parking lot was clean, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. Staff member Sophia front desk was very rude. The manager Jerrica was respectful. The whole process was a mess.

You get what you pay for here, but I think a little effort on maintenance would make a big difference. The bathroom door was damaged with a couple of holes. The bathroom sink seemed to be just holding on and the shelf above it was tilting forward. the desk chair was broken and should have been tossed as it really could have collapsed under more weight. The bed was fine and, for my stay at least, the property wasn't noisy. A plus is that across the street is a taproom that is very nice and the free Venus bus line shuttles you to the hotspots of Tempe/ASU in less than ten minutes.

Although my room was not ready for about two hours after check-in time, the property manager did allow me to keep my suitcase in the janitor closet so I could do the things I needed to do in Tempe that afternoon. The room floor was sticky and there was no coffee pot in the room. The location was convenient for Uber and activities between Mesa & Tempe

Floors and walls have been updated in the last decade, but nothing else. The door lock didn't work. Bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom. Mattress was uncomfortable. AC was loud. Room was clean.
