The staff were great nice and helpful! The room was like a small apartment for a great price, and parking was really convenient. You always felt safe as the security and front desk knew exactly who was and was not suppose to be there.. I will stay again when I return to Arizona.. :) thanks for the great stay!

hotel is an old embassy suites that has been run down. They are trying to slowly renovate the rooms, but they need a LOT of work. Building and rooms need a lot of maintenance. Staff on the other hand was actually AWESOME to deal with and very helpful.

A bit on the wild side of town and the 1970s. Large one bedroom suite's that take you back to a time of shame and regret. Hot tub was unfortunately closed and so were the windows which made air circulation also a thing of the past. The staff was great but the hotel is in need of a makeover.

Spacious room with a nice additional living area and sofa. Good location, plenty of parking, and a nice swimming pool. However, the internet wasn’t working, one elevator was out of service and the other under maintenance at checkout. Bathroom amenities were minimal (only soap), no coffee machine in the room, and complimentary coffee at reception ended too early @ 7:30 am. Overall, comfortable stay but amenities could be improved.

Parking on the side of the building was ok. There were a number of people living in vehicles around the back though. The room hasn’t been updated since 1983, but the pillows were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and very clean. The property as a whole was pretty dismal and not at all like the pictures. Definitely not a 4-star property as listed on Expedia.

The good. Price is decent. The walls are concrete so it is super quiet between rooms. Plumbing works. A/C is the best. Rooms are very very big. The downside. It is very dated and run down. Everything you see in old 70s motel is what you see here. It’s old. It has that old Reno smell. The guests here are a bit… not bad but just… ya know. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I did sleep very very well.

The place didnt have a telephone in the room i stayed in the floors had big stain spots floors had a odor the furniture had bad odors in them cigarette buds was in my room the microwave was rusty on the inside the elevator didn't work on one side of the hotel the floors in the elevator that did work was nasty n dark the shower n bathroom was filthy broken boards in the bathroom a terrible experience I would not recommend any one use this facility the staff at the front desk was nice Thanks

I felt very unsafe. There was dog feces in elevator and hallway. It smelled everywhere of urine. My door key never worked. Even getting 2 card keys. I want a refund. I left the property. The one good expercience was having my deposit back. The establishment would not give a refund stating i would have to get it from Hotels.com I attempted to chatting with chat help and had no resolution as the customer service stating diconnection only to pop up and then ended out communication.There was not one clean area. Parking had some very sketchy vehicles with dust on them ( looked abandoned) and broken windows.it looked as if there was no cleaning service. Many hotel doors looked damaged with bend doorknobs, wood missing from door.

The entire hotel is in need of repair. And the evening manager needs remediation in customer service. The furniture in the lobby is run down and soiled. The first room they gave us was dirty, smelly, the safety lock was broken, and the lights did not work. There was a large bug in the toilet.. The second room was ADA, but just as neglected. The manager sent a "maintenance" person to inspect the room and told her to flush the toilet. Maintenance said the room smelled because the carpet was dirty. The third room was run down and the shower ceiling was decrepit. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The desk person was embarrassed for us. The best I can say is that the linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

The kitchen was not a kitchen but more of a bar area; refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, nothing else. The 2 rooms were some of the dirtiest I've ever seen. Black mold around the tub and corner of wall and you could tell it's up under the wallpaper. Filthy and stained torn carpets. The room phone was just a shell w/no cord. One small bar of soap, no shampoo. The motel grounds ok, but walkways to rooms on ground floor were very dirty with spots of vomit, dog pee or what ever pee, food and coffee spills. Lobby was nice, clean and front desk attendants were nice. We were first given room 107, that was disgusting with cigarette smell and very dirty, so moved to room 110 and it still smelled pretty bad. I talked with 2 other people and they also said their rooms were very dirty and smelly. I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy!
