Spent 3 days there and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Pool was a bit smaller then pictured but did the job of cooling us off with temps in 100’s. Second day pool was cloudy and passed on a splash. Location is convenient and a jump on 101 Loop can take you quickly to surrounding cities. Never heard loud hallway noises or upper floor noise. Even with traveling youth sports teams around us. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many options. Staff constantly replenished food and kept the area wiped down and clean. Saw 4 dogs at different times during my stay. Must have designated rooms. Never knew they were there. Highly recommend for destination spot or traveling through. Btw , Olive and Ivy restaurant BEST meal I’ve had in Arizona. Excellent service as well.

We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again anywhere.

Stayed only one night as we got into Phoenix late. Room was clean and had everything we needed. You can hear street traffic, FYI. Breakfast and coffee was provided with a pretty good spread. The later you arrive the less fresh things will be, but you can still find something to eat, which was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The tenants next to our room partied and were very loud. We endured 3 hours of this noise pollution until notifying the Hyatt attendant what was happening. The attendant warned the noisy tenants but they didn’t care and the problem continued. We ended up having to leave at 11:30pm because we couldn’t get any rest. Hyatt would not give us a refund and cooked the books to show we checked out at normal time the next day. Shameful. We will not be staying at Hyatt anymore. The unfortunate thing is that we’ve stayed with Hyatt many times over the years but they are no longer good at customer service or honesty.
