The staff was friendly and made my solo stay very welcoming. I loved just how dog friendly the hotel was and having the large amounts of grass and shade made you forget you’re in a desert. I also enjoyed the pool multiple days and this is now my favorite Phoenix hotel.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive to requests, there is a shop / cafeteria/restaurant right by the lobby to cater to travelers and it’s right in the heart of everything. Street parking is tough and you’ll have to pay quite a bit to park at the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Our room was clean, our television didn't work, so we had to change rooms. Overall, poor communication between maintenance and Frontline employees. Management should consider uniforms that present a professional image for their employees. The hotel location is ok.
