We loved our stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and breakfast was delicious! I love that the lobby has lawn games and a foosball table, and that you need a room key to access the elevators. Parking is an extra expense, but it’s cheap and worth it to park in the garage.

The staff was excellent. Special attention needs to be given to Oshawa at the front desk who was truly exceptional. She was professional and thoughtful and provided tremendous customer service. She is truly a gem, and is worthy of recognition.

The customer service was fantastic, especially in The Post dining room. If you go there, ask for Lucy! The rooms were clean, but the toilet and tub were slow to drain. When reported to the front desk, they had someone out within 15 minutes to address the problem. The slow drain in the tub was resolved, but the toilet was still slow.

Airport shuttle drivers are great… people telling you where to go to get the shuttle not so great. Hotel lobby is the best thing there, the halls are dark & feel dirty. Rooms were good, nothing special. 2 restaurants are a bit misleading. A bar with food service, limited seating. & a breakfast ( which was still closed due to early flight) Pretty expensive but it is expected since it’s Phoenix & next to hotel.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG was terrible. We were charged for parking and breakfast which we did not expect to based on our reservation and previous visits. There was construction going on in rooms around us and the water was turned off of several hours. But the worst thing was that we were embarrassingly accused of smoking, which we absolutely did not do, and charged an exorbitant fee of $250 dollars. When we talked with the staff about that they were very rude and combative. We will never stay there again nor at any other IHG facility. Note: there were other staff members that we interfaced with who were very polite and helpful. BTW the dates shown in the photo at the left is incorrect. Our stay was from Sun., Mar 08 - Tue., Mar 10.

There was no water in the room. We arrived after midnight and for the $300+ per night I would expect a bottle of water. The hotel room had a view in the parking lot (wall of parking). The room was not updated. No common place to sit inside or outside(very minimal). I would not recommend this hotel.

1)On the first night, we complained about sink not draining. Guest service said they will repair next day but they never came to fit it. 2) my wife had bed bug bites and pictures taken in the morning we were checking out. The second issue is a big concern because this was a health hazard. This was the worse experience we had ever had. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
