Great location for downtown, convention center. Very clean and up to date. Quiet and safe for family. No complaints

The shower did not work without making an extreme amount of noise. There was an incessant beeping designed to keep the houseless from sleeping, which resonated through every bedroom, which coincidentally makes it so you cannot sleep. This is also NOT a hotel and is instead a luxury apartment tower, so none of the traditional benefits of staying in a hotel apply.
