Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. While the hotel facilities are good, some wear and tear are showing in guest rooms; floor laminate buckled in some places and making noise as you walk over them, mattresses can use rotating; otherwise, it’s good value staying here.

Our stay was good. We did stay while they were transitioning to new ownership with Hilton. To be fair we were give. A heads up prior to our trip but there was a learning curve with the staff and some on-site construction during our stay. The staff was kind, professional, and courteous during our stay. I do think they have room for improvement in explaining how breakfast and their store in the lobby works during check in.

Spacious, clean, and modern room. Either newly built or renovated. The entrance and the lobby is as beautiful and grand as any five star luxury hotel. Free parking. Completely met my expectation.
