The staff was wonderful. I was dealing with an issue in my North Phoenix apartment that was preventing me from sleeping. The lady who checked me in listened to my needs and hooked me up. I got a good night's sleep because she took a moment to put me in a room that was away from the busy noise of the rooftop bar, Pemberton, and everything else that could potentially disrupt one's sleep. I appreciated her following up with me the next morning regarding my quality of sleep. She's a shining example of exemplary customer service. In addition to the amazing staff, the room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar is pretty cool though a bit pricey. The bartender made an excellent tequila sunrise which definitely helped me fall asleep. 10/10 will definitely stay here again if I ever need to get away from my apartment.

Cute hotel the bed was very comfortable. And the restaurant was good for breakfast. My only complaint is that it sounded like they had a rooftop pool. But they did not because of the restaurant that took over and now the pool is next door if you want to go. Not convenient
