The initial set up for this place was a little clunky and felt like a lot. The complex is very nice. Family friendly with the game room and pool. The pool was very cold and hard to be in. I think the heater was broke. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The app was helpful and directions were good for arriving and checking out. The area is close to a lot of things. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was amazing...the check-in process was great and was presented in a way that was very easy. I was also happy with the gated community. Parking was a breeze because I had my own reserved spot. I was visiting for medical reasons and it was comforting to come "home" at the end of the day. Lora was kind and thoughtful!! I will always stay there when I am in the Phoenix area.

I loved staying here. It was beautiful, peaceful, very clean and very accessible to downtown Phoenix. The only thing I have to say is when the booking is sent to you, it should be a little bit more informative about your parking spot and which way to go and get into the building. That's the only input I have otherwise. Like I said, absolutely wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it and I definitely will be staying again.!

The apartment is beautiful but check in was horrendous. It’s self check in, as there is no receptionist or front desk. There are 3 different buildings so it was confusing for me to figure out, and that’s coming from someone who travels often. Customer service # is 24/7 and helped me.

You should confirm check in, parking, enter building, door unlock all procedure as much as possible. I had many trouble, Particularly Parking terrible. My car was towed there are same number parking slot. If not correct. Immediately towing. It takes time for find car, addition payment about 200$ in my case. Be careful , while using this facility.
