Nice Phoenix Nook

A wonderfully clean and generally quiet place to stay. All the basic amenities provided including a full kitchen. Very restful living room and comfortable bedroom. Bathroom was refreshingly spacious. Only two challenges -- 1) you had to walk through the bathroom from the living room to get to the bedroom; inconvenient when someone needed to move freely between living and bedroom . . . 2) the house is located 50 yards from rather busy 7th St; regular traffic and occasional sirens make it not as quiet as we would have preferred. Overall, I recommend this place. The backyard flora made the space very restful.
