We were a group of friends spread over a few rooms - our main purpose was to catch up, hang out together and let our kids play together. We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!

We had an amazing stay! The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place has such a warm, family atmosphere, and you can truly feel how much the owners care about both their property and their guests—they live nearby, and their love for this place really shows. It’s also incredibly dog-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The amenities are outstanding and make it the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. We loved grilling outside, relaxing by the fire pit in the evening, and spending time by the pool while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was very interesting with beautiful grounds and nice outdoor fire feature. Expedia said there was some breakfast which there was not and in the fine print it turned out the breakfast was only on the weekends. The staff and owners were very friendly

So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic and accommodating. The room was nicer from the inside than it appeared from the outside, except for the used washcloth draped over the shower head from a previous guest. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a fire pit that was lovely. We didn't get to use the complimentary bikes or the pool, but they seemed like a nice amenity. Expedia said breakfast included - read a bunch of reviews while we were waiting to check in to learn, breakfast was included only on weekends. Complimentary Coffee and Tea were available. When I go away for relaxation, I don't appreciate political or belief statements in my face - whether they are aligned or unaligned with my own. The pride flag and sign about gay marriage on the property, while I am sure an important statement by the owner, were unexpected and a 1st for me at any Expedia reserved property.

The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!

This recently renovated hotel is delightfully retro chic. Comfortable, clean, and well run. Three fire pits make for fun evenings with children eating s'mores. Coffee ready every morning (with real milk and cream) in the reception area and continental breakfasts delivered to your door on weekends. Lovely pool area. Short walk to downtown Phoenicia shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

This was my family’s third time staying at the Graham & Co. and every single stay has been wonderful. My family has grown a lot since our first stay 10 years ago, so staying in the bungalow gave everyone enough space while keeping us close. The room and grounds are very clean and well kept. The staff were so attentive. We arrived very late and they were great about giving us an option of seamless access to our room. We will certainly be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Graham & Co. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided great recommendations for exploring the town, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The property was very clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy right on the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
