Got food poisoning during my stay (NOT from hotel food, it was local seared red tuna) and the staff took great care of me. They have an onsite pharmacist that took great care of me. Thanks again to this hotel and their wonderful staff!

a fancy place to stay

Wow this was a very fancy hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and super clean. The view was also gorgeous, especially at night! The gym was also fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Iza. A bit pricey but worth it.

Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality.

My room had a major leak of water into my room and woke me up from the air conditioner at 2AM ,and I had to shut off the air conditioner so the room was stifling ,the hotel staff took over hafl a day to fix it and I was given no compensation . Also the room di not have a desk of any type to work on ,had to get a fiolding table put up and a regular cahir brought in ...,very ppor design for any busines travelers ,

Ich hatte die Mekong Suit und der aufenthalt war einfach unbeschreiblich, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Personal super Freundlich und auf Aufmerksam, wenn man extra Wünsche hat werden diese sofort umgesetzt. Est ist schwer es in worte zu fassen aber mein aufenthalt war einfach Perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen das Rosewood in Phnom Penh

Good location but 1. 空調系統不能調一直19度太冷 2. 連接浴缸和睡房門拉門壞了也不維修 3. 酒店說有complimentary tuk tuk 去些景點但要等2小時安排；我要求自付就馬上有車⋯⋯如果沒有此服務就不要寫在leaflet 上；USD2-3元服務都不能提供有點失落感
