This hotel feels safe and the staff are so wonderful. The breakfast is quite good too and they switch out the food options enough to make sure you don't get bored eating multiple mornings in a row. Lovely hotel.

Obviously like the hotel, since I extended my stay 2 more times. Very friendly staff, very nice pools (on the top and ground floors), good and reliable internet. Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location, walking distance from many restaurants, Aeon Mall, etc. Definitely recommend and will stay again there.

Staff were nice and welcoming. It was a nice area near Bassac Lane with food and music. If you’re an early sleeper I don’t recommend it because the restaurant near by do play loud music up to 10pm or so on the weekdays. There was an incident where one staff member did lead someone up to my room without permission which made me felt unsafe. The hotel management team did offer and apologize and that the team member had been talked to, so thank you for that.
