Hotellets personal var tillmötesgående. Vi hade bokat och betalt innan resan. Vi var 2 vuxna o 1 barn(11 år), fick ingen säng till barnet. Först skulle vi inte få någon frukost för barnet, trots att det ingick i bokningen. Efter diskussion fick alla frukost. Vi mejlade hotellet flera ggr innan besöket, fick ingen respons.

Vi hade bokat för två vuxna och ett barn. 15 år. Frukost skulle ingå. Vid incheckning sa de att frukost bara ingick för två personer. Vi hävdade att vid bokning framgick inte detta. Vi fick bråka om detta ett tag, menfick sen frukost för alla.

Beautiful rooftop pool and bar

This place is amazing. Super friendly staff, beautiful rooftop bar and pool, and great drinks and food! I will continue to stay here every time I am in Phnom Penh. Highly recommend !

Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly

our room has a bit trouble but soon hotel staff dealt with it and changed our room. they are all friendly and try to make sure all guests's stay safe and fulfilled. I always ask receptionists that how much cost if i use Tuktuk from here and there. when they are not sure the place they googled map and show us the route and estimated the transport fee. staffs serve breakfast are good too. one girl particular was so friendly to kids. we loved to seeing her smile. I had a hotel massage and the massage lady was soooo good. she looked a bit tired when i met her, but her technique was great! cost 22 doller and a bit expensive for Cambodian standard rate but I thought its worth taking it.

The only major downside was a very frequent and bright strobe light on the ceiling. I'm sure it's part of the security system or whatnot, but it was rather obnoxious at night. Otherwise, a good stay overall.

Good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Le Mont Hotel. The staff in particular were so helpful and accommodating. They arranged a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport, which was so helpful. They also let us store our luggage until we left for the airport. The only thing that was just ok was the breakfast.

Très bien

Les + : la terrasse sur le toit et la possibilité d'y dîner, les chambres neuves et spacieuses, le personnel bienveillant (Je voulais assister à un match de boxe Thai et la personne à l'accueil a pris le temps de chercher où je pouvais me rendre ce soir là), le service de pressing, la salle de sport avec vue sur toute la ville. Les - : une piscine et un sauna hors-fonction. Bref, l'hôtel est tout nouveau, excellent rapport qualité-prix, un peu excentré des lieux d'animation mais à côté du musée du Génocide) et propose une belle offre de chambre avec tous les services dans le bâtiment (restau, bar, salle de sport, pressing, ...). Je le recommande fortement !
