The property was beautiful- very clean and well maintained. The staff in the whole hotel were excellent. Will definitely recommend the hotel and stay there myself when I return to Phnom Phen. Have to mention the lovely pool and phenomenal view from the skybar.

Chaiya Palace is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and excellent. The breakfast was great and staff very attentive. The location is great and walkable to many locations. Tuk tuk’s available if you need a ride anywhere. The rooms are very clean, bright and large. We booked for 4 nights and then added 5 more nights. I totally recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel - very clean & spacious rooms, comfortable bed, enjoyable breakfast (with western and Asian options), staff very helpful. Perfect location being walking distance to Royal Palace, river front, restaurants, etc. The rooftop pool was a refreshing finish to the day or just to laze around. My only complaint was the lack of hooks to hang towels up (outside of shower). We were on the 6th floor and heard no traffic.

Excellent! Top Notch! Everyone from the front staff, kitchen, housekeeping and manager were so helpful, friendly and amazing. I have travelled through Cambodia and this was by far the BEST place I have stayed in . Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful pool. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It has been such a great experience here in Cambodia!

Weekend in Phnom Penh

Close to night-life streets but not too close so it's quieter (one tuktuk away). Love the roof top pool and bar. Room is big. Sadly lots of insects tend to come in at night even with windows closed. Also, not much food options nearby. We walked few blocks around hotel but no decent local cafes. Would like to recommend staff, his name is Kasak. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable!

Our room was very lovely and clean with a great view of the city. Breakfast was good with changes every day. The check-in/greeting staff were super friendly All of them were great and were especially helpful with suggestions on things to do. And the staff at The Savory Restaurant were very polite, efficient and obliging. We looked forward daily to service from the restaurant manager and all the waiters. Our week spent at the hotel was very enjoyable made extra memorable by the staff. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day. R &R - from Canada

I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. Next, the breakfast was authentic and so delicious! As a bonus, you get to eat breakfast with incredible views all around. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. My husband and I were so grateful at how helpful the front desk staff were. They answered all our questions and even helped us book a rental car. I implore you to stay at this hotel! You will have the best experience as well die. As I mentioned before, I don’t leave reviews unless a hotel really blows me away and this one truly did.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked a double deluxe and the room was spacious with one double and also a single bed. Friendly welcome from Sam at the front desk. Also got a really relaxing Khmer massage from Cherooi at the Spa. Also allowed to chill at the pool after check out while waiting for my evening flight. That's cool!
