I had a wonderful experience staying at Caravan Hotel in Phnom Penh. The hotel offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and local charm. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with cozy bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the decor to the little conveniences that made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The location is excellent – close to key sights, restaurants, and cafes, but tucked away just enough to offer a quiet retreat after a day of exploring the city. The rooftop or common areas (if applicable) were also a great bonus – perfect for unwinding or catching a nice view of Phnom Penh. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean hôtel but hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Wifi signal was very weak in hotel room but OK in hallway and common areas. Limited dining and shopping options around hotel. Tuk-tuk or taxi required to reach shopping centres, markets and most tourist attractions.

Great hotel in Phnom Pehn

This was a great hotel with excellent service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They arranged for us to have our own driver who took us everywhere. The pool is beautiful, great place to have a drink at the end of the day. The staff was superior, 5 star service. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood and quiet. I had the best sleep here. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and shower had great pressure.

Hotel is nice. Staff try their best. I think they just need a little more training. Had to ask to have our room cleaned but they immediately did it. A bit of a language barrier sometimes when ordering drinks and food. Overall our stay has been good.

Great !

The staff were professional and very friendly. The food was excellent and fairly priced. I spent a lot of time at the roof top pool. The pool was very nice and roof top offered a great view of the city. The pool bar has a 2 hour "happy hour" from 5-7 pm ever evening. The rooms are well appointed and the beds very large and comfortable. I enjoyed my week long stay at the Caravan Hotel and I would highly recommend for a business or pleasure stay in Phnom Penh

Exceptional Stay at Caravan Hotel by EHM My stay at Caravan Hotel by EHM was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. “A Stylish and Comfortable Stay at Caravan Hotel By EHM!” I was recently staying at Caravan Hotel By EHM, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. The room design and facilities were outstanding, combining comfort with a modern, stylish aesthetic that made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The corridors leading to the rooms were equally impressive, with tasteful decor that added to the hotel’s inviting ambiance. Every detail, from the lighting to the layout, contributed to an overall feel of sophistication and warmth.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing. I will list the names of those who impacted me at the end of this review. I had a wonderful massage. So good. I had to do it twice. The breakfast buffet is very good. Happy Hour at the rooftop bar, two glasses of wine for five dollars between 5 and 7pm. I walked all over the city from this location, but you can use the Grab App or there’s always a tuk tuk outside the hotel which will take you anywhere for a few dollars. The gym is excellent. And there are 4 1/2 liters of distilled water in your room every day and you can order more if you like. This is the excellent choice to stay in Pnomh Penh. The staff members who made my stay more enjoyable were Chanra who gave me lots of information when I arrived and kept in touch with me through WhatsApp, giving me updates on the tours, and anything I needed to know. Watt on the afternoon shift. was always helping me with directions and questions and always with a smile. The others were Noch, Kim Chou and Sok Heang, to reiterate, the staff really compliment this property, and it is really enjoyable, interacting with them.

“Exceptional Dining and Views at Caravan Hotel By EHM!” During my second stay at Caravan Hotel By EHM, I had the pleasure of dining at the Blossom Restaurant on the 13th floor and visiting the Oasis Sky Bar on the 15th. Both experiences were outstanding and made my stay even more memorable. The Blossom Restaurant offers a fantastic variety of à la carte menu options that cater to all tastes. Each dish I tried was delicious, with flavors that were expertly crafted and presented beautifully. The restaurant’s ambiance, combined with stunning views, created the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The Oasis Sky Bar, located on the 15th floor, was the ideal spot to unwind. The extensive drink selection had something for everyone, from classic cocktails to unique creations. Sipping on a refreshing drink while taking in the panoramic views was truly an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend both the Blossom Restaurant and Oasis Sky Bar to anyone visiting Caravan Hotel By EHM. These venues add an extra layer of luxury and enjoyment to an already wonderful stay. I can’t wait to return!
