Aurea Delight had the softest hotel bed I've ever slept on in Asia and maybe most of the rest of the world! So comfortable! Very convenient location close to Central Market and every time I ordered a Grab or PassApp transport it arrived within a minute. I rated the facilities and area around property as average- based on a western point of view... but for the price I paid the facility was EXCELLENT! Thank you for my pleasant stay! Would stay again.

I got the Superior Double Room with City View. I loved my stay here. All the staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. My room was very spacious and clean and the location of the hotel was central to the city. It was easy for me to call a Grab and be transported to nearby attractions, though I could have walked to many as well. I did not have any issues with internet connectivity. The wifi was consistently good. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Phnom Penh.

A good spot to stay - ut a note about breakfast

everything was great - a good location right near the central market, clean premises, a good long hot shower, a friendly staff. one minor issue. the included breakfast had some potentially non dairy options, but no one was able to confirm some ingredients and were unwilling to ask anyone else. I would have loved some bread but couldnt tell if it had an allergen or not. this limited the breakfast to salad and a poece of fruit. Having had a food business myself, its a basic requirment to know what ingredients are present. else, no reason not to book here, we enjoyed it.

Staff were polite and friendly. The bedroom was okay but the bathroom was very unclean. The floor was discoloured, cobwebs on the walls, sink kept getting blocked and same with the shower drain. The walls in the bedroom had a few squashed bugs still hanging off them. We asked for them to sort the blocked sink and actually came back to find the toilet full of, what I presume was, whatever they had pulled out of the sink. I actually also can’t believe that no one else has mentioned the fire alarms / electric cut outs that happen 3 times per day. We were given no warning of this and had no idea what was happening the first time the lights cut out and the fire alarm went off. We asked at reception and were told that it was the electric generator switching and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We were told it would be the same time everyday in the morning, afternoon and night. In the 3 nights that we stayed it went off at 6am, 8:30am 10pm, 12am, 1:15am and more. We actually could not believe how normal they thought it was for the electrics, including aircon, lights and wifi etc. to cut out and the fire alarm in the corridors to go off for about 5-10minutes each time, ESPECIALLY at 1:15AM when we had an early bus the next day!

1日をはさんで2泊を2回、計4泊しました。 カンボジア鉄道に乗るため、プノンペン駅に近いのが選んだ理由です。 空港バスのバス停にも近く交通の便としては良い立地でした。 グーグルマップのレビューなどで、かなりキツイレビューもあり不安でしたが、普通のビジネスホテルでした。 全般に経年劣化が目立つものの、wifiは普通に使えるし、クーラーは効きが悪く少しうるさいですが、しばらくすると慣れました。ランニングシャツ1枚になれば寝ることができました。 なお朝食付で予約したつもりでしたが、記憶違いらしく朝食はついていないプランだったようでした。 ただホテル周辺には朝早くからやっている手頃な食堂がたくさんあるのであまり困りませんでした。 地元民相手の店が殆どで、基本的な英語が通じない時もあり、意思疎通がもどかしい時もありましたが、海外旅行の醍醐味の一つだと思いました。 部屋のドアはオートロックですが、優しく閉めるとロックがかからないので、勢いよくバタンと閉める必要がありました。 バスタブはなくシャワーだけでしたが、シャワーとトイレの間に小さな仕切りがあるので、トイレ付近の床が濡れることはありませんでした。 2回目のチェックインの際、予約はないと言われ、エクスペディアの予約番号を見せて確認してもらいました。 また2回目の部屋では、デスクの上に小さな虫(アリの10分の1ほどの大きさ)が時々這い回っていたので気持ち悪かったです。 総括すると金額的には仕方がないと思う一方、次に来る機会があれば、もう少し高くても違うホテルにしようかなと思いました。

7:00プノンペン駅発の列車に乗るため、徒歩圏内のこのホテルに3泊しました。部屋・設備はとてもきれいで、日本の新しいビジネスホテルのような感じ。ただシャワーの水量が弱く、ぬるま湯なのが難点。水回り以外は問題なし。立地はオールドマーケットのすぐ近くで便利ですが、少し治安が悪い地域でもあるので、その辺は考慮要かも知れません。

Hôtel très bien placé à côté du marché central. Buffet dans l’autre bâtiment à prix raisonnable. Linge mis à disposition confortable. Chambre spacieuse et grand bureau pour pouvoir travailler. Air conditionné difficile à régler, mode d’emploi serait utile. Courant électrique un peu instable. Rapport qualité prix sans équivalent.
