Taxi drivers and tuk tuk men almost universally don’t know where the hotel is located. So take with you clear address instructions in Khmer. Or try telling them the hotel is part of the One Park complex.”

“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all.
