The Belair is a quiet hotel with great service and nice Cafe available for dinner. The mini market on site was a huge convenience. You won’t find a nicer beach on the island. Snorkeling off the beach was fun and convenient. Love the Belair Beach Hotel. Don’t change a thing ❤️

Great beach, clean beach, Great view! Spacious condo with AC and good flowing water. Restaurant on site that serves all meals consistently. Very close to shopping in Phillsburg and the Bobby Marina for trips.

This my 2nd visit to the property and it will be my next when visiting St Maarten. The staff is wonderful, I feel safe, the Gingerbread Cafe is excellent, everything about the resort is exceptional.

The property is wonderful. Great views from every room's balcony. Loved that we had designated beach chairs with umbrellas and noodles. The room decor could use a refresh and the water pressure could be better - but it was super clean and the staff are fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

First trip to the island and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed an entire week and the Belair Beach Hotel was great. The staff was accommodating in every way possible. The private beach was beautiful and peaceful. The water was beautiful. We will be back for sure.

Belair has two bedroom condos that all have ocean views and is on a terrific beach. The rooms are outdated but clean. The restaurant is just OK but we ended up going next door to Divi to eat or drove to other places. This is a great place to stay if you want a great beach, nice staff, safety and ocean view rooms but don't care about extra luxury. Also snorkeling out to the underwater sculpture garden from the beach was a plus!

we loved the room. spacious, clean and so close to the ocean! lobster night at gingerbread cafe was amazing. complimentary wine and cheese night on monday was fun. reserved beach chairs and umbrella for your entire stay was great feature. able to walk next door to Divi resort for fun beach bar and nicer restaurant for dinner. only suggestion I can make is to have beach/pool bartenders to order drinks and food. mini mart very well stocked and not overpriced. we will be back!

Our piece of PARADISE

My boyfriend and I had a GREAT time. The room was on the ground floor as we had hoped and we walked right out onto the beach from our patio. The view was gorgeous and all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. We shopped at the hotel convenience store which had reasonable prices and a good selection for a small shop. We bought breakfast items and snacks for the full sized kitchen and had most of our dinners at the onsite restaurant which was nice and the food tasty. The beach was beautiful and the weather amazing !! Cant wait to go back !!

Highlights of our stay were view from the balcony and the beach.There is a short hike to Fort Amsterdam with nice views.Staff was pleasant but not much service (check in/out).Beach chairs are assigned and has to be occupied by 10am,otherwise it’s reassigned.Beach towel is only given/exchanged once a day (pouring rain or not),8-5.Beach is nice size,semiprivate,at the doorstep.Sadly,there is trash that people leave behind and staff don’t seem to clean.Common areas look dirty.I was going to write off room condition to extremely dated but was actually dirty on top of it.All rooms are nice size:2 bedroom,2 bathroom suites,with kitchen,living and balcony facing the beach.Bedrooms were poorly painted over dirt,no windows unless you want to see & be seen by other occupants(they face the walkway).Furniture crooked and dusty,kept clothes in suitcase.Bathrooms had someone’s hair on walls & bathtub.Strange splash marks by & on toilet.Living & dining areas were decent.Didn’t use the kitchen,but utensils there didn’t look clean.Spent most of our time on the balcony,slept in bed overnight (sheets appeared to be clean).If it wasn’t for balcony and beach,I wouldn’t have stayed there.Food options are limited to one mediocre cafe that serves breakfast,lunch & dinner.Restaurants in the adjacent resort weren’t great either (except a taco spot).Plenty of food options within short drive.Pool gave motel vibes,didn't use.Great potential but everything needs major upgrade.Will not be back until then.

I liked the size of the room. Did not like the dated furniture. AC did not work and was very noisy. Charged more at the gingerbread cafe after I had signed the receipt. Found this out at checkout after waiting for the front desk attendant (not 24hours). Transportation that hotel arranged was late. Had to check out towels for the beach. Did not offer any beach equipment (floats, paddle boards, etc). Every item in room was itemized and priced stating we would be charged if anything was missing. Went to take shower and only had cold water. After complaining seems like all they had to do was turn it on to are room. Very disappointing not worth the money. Stay at the hotel next door seemed much nicer.

Great place to stay. Probably the best people on the island. Friendly, fun and laid back. The beach is beautiful and not rocky. Other than sporadic hot water shortages it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Sint Maarten. :)

Amazing view from balcony and great ocean swimming just steps from the hotel. Staff very friendly. A little dated and minimal amenities on site but everything well kept and resort next door had some good restaurants and shops. I would go again!
