“The place is very spacious, comfy and stylish with thoughtful design accents and in a really pretty area with a park and lake nearby. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies available such as coffee, snacks and clothes washing detergent. Although it’s a little further out, it’s quite convenient and quick to get to Potsdam centre by tram. It’s about 10-15mins to walk to cafes and shops in the Dutch quarter. It was advertised as having parking and air conditioning but this was not...

“Das Apartment liegt in einem Altbau im 2.OG und bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da. Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist interessant geschnitten und dadurch durchaus ansprechend. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem großen Tisch, der allerdings nur 4 Stühle hat. Als wir vor Ort waren mangelte es zunächst auch an ausrechend Besteck, Gläsern und Tellern. Es gab auch nur einen Topf. Immerhin wurden auf unsere Nachfrage hin Besteck, Gläser und Teller binnen Tagesfrist...

“Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too...

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”
