The studio is nice, clean, comfortable. It's quiet & peaceful inside. The bathroom is small. The room door lock needs maintenance. Transportation options is very convenient only a few mins walking distance. I had no issues. The only thing is I haven't received the Deposit back or even heard back from the host yet.

My stay here was exceptional to say the least. The amenities were on point and the host was amazing. Honestly I never had any issues with anything during my stay. One of the things that I liked most was that the host was able to extend my stay which made all the difference during my transition. The location was peaceful, clean and secure. Anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy your time in Philadelphia, this is by far would be my top pick for you.. Definitely will visit again in the future. Thank you!

Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after checking out. That's great! In all, I think it is an affordable place to stay near UPenn.

The outside of the property is nice. Keypad to enter. I didn’t receive the keypad code until I sent an additional $200 deposit. There was a sticky puddle on the floor of the main hallway. My unit in particular had a small bathroom but I had to poop sideways (literally legs hanging off the side) because there isn’t any leg space to properly place yourself. Bed was nice and I wanted to enjoy the space but there was not a remote to use the television. Got locked out of the entire unit for two days because the battery on the outside keypad died. The owner did not ever fix the problem, (just had someone in the unit unlock from the inside) so of course I got locked out again. Unfortunately, my 2nd time getting locked out was around 10pm so I had to sleep in my car all night. After spending morning calling both Expedia and the unit owner, the door was unlocked again (from the inside) around 10:45am and my checkout time was 11:00am. Very very terrible experience.

I booked this property and when I arrive to the property, there was somebody else in my room. The property tried to give a room in another neighborhood ( not a nice one). I asked for my money back and they didn't give my money back. Expedia & The Property colluded. Do not stay here.

Nice, but seems nobody really cares about customer

Close to subway, 10 minutes from Central City so that was convenient. A house broken in separate rooms, no book to explain how things work, or where to find the laundry without searching the whole house. Room was poorly checked before I moved in, blinds were tied up allowing sunlight to stream in and wake me up early, and air conditioning unit only had a working fan. Toilet was the craziest I have ever seen, you have to step over it and your knee pushes up against the heater grate, and cleaning yourself requires standing up. Shower head is wrong type and it is angled to hit the outside of the shower pan when you turn it on, so the bath mat is permanently wet and the floor gets flooded. Smoke detector was missing, they said a previous tenant must have taken it, but again, was the room not checked before I moved in? Not sure what the other rooms were like, I was in room E, at the front, so with the blinds issue you had a streetlight hitting you in the eyes when laying down in bed. Nice enough, but seems nobody cared enough about making sure everything was working as expected, and then it took me chasing people up to try and get things fixed while I sweated like a pig in the room in 100 degree weather.
