The rooms were perfect with the extra benefit of the kitchen facilities in the rooms, however due to renovation work being complete in the lobby we had no hot water 4 or 5 times in the morning when trying to get ready which was not ideal! The windsor suites is in a great location!

The good: bed was comfy. Room was clean. Location was perfect for the trip. Suites were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value. The bad: shower plumbing was bizarre and there was insufficient hot water pressure. Hotel lobby was undergoing a complete renovation so a cramped alternate space was used - they sent multiple emails but failed to mention that. The only grab and go food was from a basic candy/snack vending machine.
