The staff a facilities were great. However, there was construction going on and the early morning racket was unbearable. Also, the fire alarm when off early in the morning as well. It was quite the experience.

there was renovations on our floor. The floor/carpet in our hallway was not very clean. Noise was fine. Our room was clean. Overall a pleasant experience. Valet was great. Double beds are not queen size, maybe a full.

Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally clean with abundant space that is well designed. Wall is a little bit thin as I could hear neighbor's dog bark intermittently but otherwise cannot hear TV or people talking from next door. Will definitely come back again.

Always nice to stay at this property when visiting my Penn student. The bed was super comfortable but the bathroom was a little shabby this time. Also didn’t have cash for valet tip and asked the front desk if there was a cash machine. It was down due to building maintenance. She didn’t inform me the valets can accept Venmo. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to tip!

Well they're doing some renovation so you have to be prepared for taking the stair here and going around the construction site there ,but with that said the place is just a gem in a perfect location with great people and a fantastic bar and restaurant on the first floor. The place is getting renovated and the overall appearance and amenities have slipped a bit since my prior stays. The complementary brewed coffee in the lobby is no longer available and access is now only through the entrance on Samson Street. Staff were still great, as ever.

There is some construction going on that makes the layout a bit confusing, but even with that, we had a very pleasant 3 day stay in a comfy clean room, great bathroom, nice common areas, and a fabulous, accommodating staff. Also attached to a really fun restaurant/bar, Louie Louie. Great location for the University and Penn Medicine facilities.
