The room was clean and spacious nothing fancy but still nice. The bed was so comfortable I wish i could take it with me lol. And the location is perfect food and entertainment within footsteps. Added bonus reasonable parking which we know is hard to find in philly.

The hotel is in an excellent location if visiting Temple. It's located on campus! The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The staff was very professional and kind. Parking is convenient but you have to pay, either for a nearby garage or the hotel. The cost to park on the hotel lot was $20. Downside: the hotel needs updating, especially the bathrooms.

The location is perfect for a Temple parent. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. It was clean but a total marshmallow. I felt like I slept in c curve and really had a hard time sleeping at all. The sink did not drain but the water was hot. I was annoyed the ice machine was not working even though the sign was up and you had to take the elevator to the basement to find out the machine was out. It would have been helpful to have an " out of order" sign up. The front desk clerk said I could go next door to the 7/11 and buy a bag which I found not helpful at all. First , they didn't have ice either, and second I paid $200/ nt for 4 nights. It seems like the nice thing to do would be to find the guest a little bit of ice. I am in the hospitality business. The Conwell has the market on location which was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. I will stay again and hopefully bed will be better and ice machine will be working.

My son and I stayed here when we saw Metallica at Lincoln Financial. A couple blocks walk to metro, excellent pizza joint nearby. The hotel itself was clean and snug. Definitely a good quiet place to stay.
