The ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. Shower curtains were dirty. And the continental breakfast was a negative. Cheaper is not always better. I was looking for something affordable and close to the water park. Next time I know to stay in the area that is about 45 min from the water park.

Check in was sweet nice greeting, accommodating. Room was nice, cooling very good after I cleaned the filters. Coffee maker but no cups (Tease) 2nd day housekeeping took care of me. Staff very nice. I really hesitate to say to many good things about the property as it is a hidden gem.

Rooms are in poor shape, carpet dirty, commodes very stained, all amenities listed are not in rooms. Apple juice was out (which I love); breakfast was ok (I only ate cereal). Location is great, and the lady at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful. This hotel was the only place available for stay during state baseball playoffs. I would not stay here again.

Safe, comfy, quiet

It was safe, comfy, and quiet, a nice stay. There were a few crumbs on the carpet in the room when we checked in, but they immediately took care of it. Mistakes happen, but they were quick to correct.
