The location of the hotel is fantastic, ~15min from the Liberty bell and everything. The room is clean and spacious. Check-in was easy. They didn't provide trash bags or trash can in the room despite me asking a few times. The neighbors can be noisy. But it all worked out fine.

Overall check in process was very smooth, and the room itself was clean and modern. The coffee maker was broken, and the apartment building (outside of the room) smelled like cat pee. Minimal amenities but overall a good place to stay not far from center city.

The room wasn’t clean properly. I had neats in my room and the water shower didn’t get hot and when I called and asked to change the bed linen -instead of someone coming to change the bed linen the housekeeper came to my door and handing me linen that was in a bag.

A little noise from the restaurant on street level, but great location on South Street if you're going to spend time here or in the surrounding neighborhood. I was taken back by the fact that they questioned me as to why I was renting the room, like I was going to have a party. I'm almost 50, not in my 20's. Otherwise I would probably stay again, and at just over $100 a night. It was a good deal.

The location of the property was great. Check in and check out was seamless. The codes worked and things were operating. Fortunately, when I got inside the room TV channels were not working. It was a Roku situation and the app was updating. Was watching TV and then it turns off and it starts updating again. It was an issue. Besides that, the floor was a little Dusty. There was some hair. All the experience is great

The location was great for my needs, it's noisy, but it's a city, so that should be expected. I was bummed there were no ear plugs as advertised, but I was able to pick some up for the second night. The room was clean and very basic, but what I expected. The bedding was put on incorrectly, which was odd, but easily fixed.

The room at SoSuite Queen Village was excellent. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable (great bed). The bathroom was great, with a big tub in the shower, good water pressure, clean towels. The check-in process was easy, no complaints. The issue with noise is not an exaggeration, though. I was on the second floor and could clearly hear the loud music from the restaurant on the street level of that same building. Noise from the upstairs room was also loud - footsteps, conversations and all. Hotel management provided ear plugs and a white noise machine, which is quite funny but also helpful. Unfortunately, the thing that ruined my stay was when the fire alarm system malfunctioned on the last night of my stay. The standby beep went on into the night and could be heard through the earplugs and sound machine. I made the decision to check out early around 4 AM. To their credit, the SoSuite team stayed in touch with me all night via text. They couldn’t get someone out to fix the alarm at that hour and agreed to issue a partial refund (which actually hasn’t been credited to me to date). It’s too bad about the noise because the hotel itself is great and Queen Village is a beautiful section of Philly. If you’re sensistive to noise, I’d say avoid this location but if you’re not bothered by it, this could be a very nice stay.

The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.

Getting in was a little confusing. They give you the building code and the unit code but then they have step-by-step instructions and when it’s supposed to show the building code, do they show the unit code. So I got confused. Beyond that though the room is big and expensive and feels very comfortable. It’s also got a pizza place downstairs which my kids loved to get food from. And it was a great bar to relax at the end of the day.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The lack of parking was tedious but we expected that so it wasn’t that big of a deal. That’s just how South Philly is. The check-in process is where we ran into trouble. Since there is no front desk, we had to call ourselves when I didn’t get my check in information on time. And it was an easy fix, but the lack of communication meant we were waiting outside for an hour before we were finally able to check in. Once we were in everything was great, but I definitely think the communication could be better.
