the stat was acceptable because the housekeeping don’t tidying up the room through our sta. they take the garbage and change the towels. breakfast is set menu i liked it but it is better to be buffet breakfast. the pool was cold.

The aesthetics of the hotel was amazing, but when we entered our room it smelled wet and stale. The beds in the room was nice and clean except for the fridge that was dirty. And when we tried to use the amenity of the pool it was dirt inside the pool and the Jets for the hot tub did not work. Overall the staff was great for my interactions with the front desk, they were kind and informative but what I say again, probably not.

We stayed here to make it easier for our group to get ready for a special event. Staff was super helpful, very welcoming and accommodating. The place is well maintained and beautifully designed for us to capture beautiful photos throughout the property for my daughter's quinceañera. We did not get to use the pool due to being so busy, but room service was good as well. will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and presented themselves well. I only wish someone would be able to figure out how to get decent water pressure in the shower. Great area also with lots to do within minutes of the hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

We liked the room and hotel, and the staff was very accommodating. The only complaint I had is that the hotel charged $12 to park overnight which I find to be unaccepatable. Moreover, even though I paid the fee with a QR code in the parking lot, and received a confirmation of payment from the hotel, I found a warning on my car the next morning about the need to do that.
