Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady who checked us in, the rest were defiitely not that. Still gave 5 stars though bc everything else was delightful.

The staff is amazing here and work hard to make everyone feel happy and comfortable. As happens when a place is lived in after awhile though, things start to get wear and tear and build up some dirt. Typical hotel slight dirtiness & wear in the rooms, not as pristine as when it was first opened.

Lovely hotel. Great setting, great free parking. Excellent breakfast. We had a hot water shortage but I presume it has been fixed. They forgot to do our room freshening after the second night of three. The staff was very friendly. This is our favorite hotel in the area.
