I loved the customer service from the front desk and house keeping. The hotel is dirty and falling apart. The rooms are not cleaned regularly .The pool was closed because of poor maintenance. I will never recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Thank you Yamile

The POOL WAS GREAT SHAP THEY REFUSE TO OPEN IT PAST year next the yard was not keep up they have laundry wash for customers they not work the Staff are all LIES THEN ON MONDAY WHEN TIME TO GO NO BREAKFAST ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AT BREAKFAST THEY NOT CLEAN TABLES AS THEY GET USED THEY KEEP THE BAR AND FOOD CLEAN NOT TABLES

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only drawback to my stay would be you could not use the pool. They were waiting for an inspection of it and the air conditioning in the building was out. NOT in my room. These things were not in anyone’s control. We all just had to roll with it. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and slept well.

The place was run down and musty smelling but the front desk staff were nice. I was nervous to see the room but the bed was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the bathroom was decent but the AC in our room didn't work. There is a 24 hour airport shuttle which was appreciated as we unexpectedly had to spend the night after an 8 hour flight delay. Only 1 of the 3 elevators were running and even that one seemed like it would break down soon. It was fine for one night but could definitely use some upgrades.

This is a terrible hotel. The only good thing is the staff is very nice. Rooms are outdated and dirty and falling apart. Sixth floor is “renovated” but still subpar. Don’t waste your money here.

The hotel is not well-maintained: there is a smell in the corridor carpet; some guests litter the corridor and stairs. Within the room, the phone is broken (reception said it has undergone a network upgrade), missing ion (reception said they know this). The reception staff (a lady) is not very polite and does not want to say a single word (unless I ask) during check-in — not sure if it is because English is not her first language. Breakfast is quite simple but OK: one table is shaking, needs to be fixed. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is a great help. It also has huge parking areas. Given its low price, it is not a bad deal.

They double booked my room and there were other people already in my room when I scanned my key. As a young girl traveling alone this was very unsafe and I felt uncomfortable staying somewhere that they read my room number out loud, and other people already had access to my room. I ended up just leaving and staying at the airport. Front desk was friendly though.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. First room I was given a key to had people in it. Second room I got was still being cleaned when I walked up to it at 10:30 at night (and didn’t have toilet paper). Lots of people floating around in the lobbies / halls. Van to the airport was good and runs every 30 mins.

There were homeless people in and out of the lobby laying on things dirty. The drug deals going on near the back entrance... it was terrible saw the cops 3 times in the hotel. WILL NEVER GO BACK. THERES A REASON IT WAS CHEAPER. Too bad as the room was decent. And staff were nice. Stay away if you have children or older folks. Terrible for bring so close and convenient to the airport.

The airport shuttle was very good. The room had no amenities - no phone, no Kleenex, no hair dryer. Toilet paper holder was broken. Floors were sticky and wet. Sink was dirty. Bed was okay, not great. TV was good. Some people who I think were guests were questionable. I didn't feel very safe. There was yelling on other floors. When I called to get a hair dryer (after having to look up the number on my phone), they were responsive and brought it quickly. But overall, I would not stay here again.

This hotel was definitely rough. Lots of sketchy characters hanging around at night and in desperate need of a remodel. The room wasn’t actually as bad as I expected. I brought my own sheets and pillows, but the ones provided where surprisingly clean. Some reviews also mentioned bed bugs so I did a check and the mattresses were also surprisingly well kept (and no signs of bugs). Plumbing wasn’t the best and the room could’ve been cleaner, but the AC worked very well. Fire alarm did go off randomly at 5am which was a fun surprise, apparently just a malfunction. Would I stay here again…absolutely not. For a quick trip it gets the job done, you get what you pay for.

You walk in to a sauna but are told “don’t worry, the room has air conditioning”. You’re then given the key to a room that is dirty and smells damp/musty. Ok, no problem- second chances are fine. The second room then has no curtain?! So, no privacy?!? UNACCEPTABLE… I waited over an hour for help that never came. I ended up having to track down the liar who said he would have a THIRD and BETTER room for me and would “be right back with a key”- he was outside, just hanging out, while I waited in the curtain-less room UNABLE TO SHOWER OR GET SETTLED. Truly UNREAL. Over an hour to check in/get a decent room/get settled!? NOT ok… Awful place and awful service. I expect a refund and an apology from whoever is in charge of that crap hotel… My advice- you’re better off staying at a Super 8. They are affordable, clean, and service is GREAT… Do better- that’s all I have to say to the owner of this place & the workers who were useless/unhelpful. So disappointed.
