Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Large, well lit lobby and large gym with updated equipment. Updated rooms with unobstructed skyline and Parkway views. Generally clean but behind the bathroom doors were dusty, and light switches needed wiping down. Elevators and vestibule rugs need vaccuming. Not much in immediate area but still a great location a couple blocks to food and drink on the Parkway and walking distance to museums and Rittenhouse Sq area.
