This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site restaurant and took an Uber to and from my event. My stay was perfect!

This is my 2nd stay at the Mainstay and will be my go-to for future stays in the Phoenixville-Oaks area. Staff is very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and takes pride in the property. The hotel itself is an older property with smaller rooms, but very clean. The hotel is located on a fairly busy strip of stores and shops with many nice bars and restaurants within a minute or two walk.
