Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Lowes Philadelphia in the past, and it’s always been a delightful experience. The room is modern and well-maintained, featuring a spacious bathroom and a stunning view. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always eager to recommend local restaurants. The breakfast at the restaurant could have been better. The service was slow but friendly. My omelette was dry and not prepared properly. The price was too high for the quality of the food. Loews in Philadelphia has a warmth about it that shines through its staff. In particular, Teran at the front desk was so helpful and kind with a lovely smile, Edgar at Bank + Bourbon made dinner seamless and fun, and Ms. Bullet at bag check with the cool pink glasses is an absolute gem. Loews went above and beyond to make the logistics of traveling for a volleyball tournament easier. And the restaurant offered great whole food and plant based alternatives. Thank you!
