Did not love the experience. Not sure how this was listed as a 4-star property… this was a three star hotel at best. No bell hop or parking in property (or even valet) would have added to a positive experience. After a6 hour drive the last thing i wanted to do was unload our baggage, find parking at a nearby garage, and then have to walk back to the priory in the rain. This was more my fault for not specifying what i was looking for in my stay, but even the hotel needed improvement.

Shower temperature was lukewarm and the pressure was subpar. Plastic cups and paper cups instead of real glasses seemed wasteful as well and a lower level of taste than I would have expected. Daily housekeeping should be a given with the OPTION of waiving. I always waive but I've paid for the CHOICE.
