After reading previous reviews about this hotel I nearly cancelled. Im so glad I didn’t. The hotel was lovely it’s been refreshed, I have no complaints what so ever. Considering it’s next to the airport it was quiet, the rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel.

Short stay for me. Booked the hotel after 11pm, got there after 12am. Left at 6am. Only issue was I had no body wash and lotion (bottles were empty) so that was disappointing. May have had to do with the fact that it was a super last minute booking on my part. Other than that it was no problems and I didn’t really need anything, just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Room was very nice as was the bathroom. Staff was kind and helpful.

There was a line to check in and the staff decided to randomly start handing out forms to be filled out to be checked in instead of going in order of the line. Arrived after a horrendous journey of over 12 hours, during which an international flight from Germany was diverted twice and landed in PHL. Check-in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Offered water and a suggestion for a place to get dinner. Also, let me know if I don't need an Uber for the next morning since the hotel has a free airport shuttle that runs from 3:30 am. The room was clean, with great air conditioning, which was a relief after the lack of AC in Europe. I had a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed, and the next morning, the staff were friendly and helpful at 3:30 am! The shuttle driver offered hot water for a cup of tea and then drove a van full of people to the airport. Highly recommend this location if you need a place to stay near PHL airport. Staff deserves a high five! Service with a smile.
