Parking was easy and secure and the room was perfect for what we needed. My son and I stayed for a small overnight getaway to visit Netflix House and use the pool (even though we only live a few miles away). It was the perfect spring break overnight. The Manager and her staff were so welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay…from the super clean room, the pool? breakfast, service, etc! . We would stay here again for an overnight getaway from the hustle and bustle of regular life!

I was disappointed as I have stayed in Hyatt resort properties before and while I didn't expect a resort experience it was subpar when compared to similar Hilton or Marriott properties. The breakfast area was dirty and the selection wasn't appealing. You had to hunt for utensils and napkins since they seemed to be scattered about and not together. When I arrived, I did not have wash cloths or hand towels. I got wash cloths by the next day but never got had towels. I like the walk in showers and that was a plus since I hate having to climb in a bathtub. Parking was ample and the location was good. The staff I interected with were helpful and friendly.
